Friendly, helpful and attentive service. Staff able to help in English, since my Japanese is very limited. Place is super convenient. Right outside the train station. Easy to find. Side entrance open before 10 am. They gave you a medium sized bag to store your clothing and small belongings at the shop for free. But if you bring big luggage, you have to pay extra for storage. For my wife, hair styling is included, but no make-up available. Luckily, she has brought some make-up and eye lashes...which worked out! Staff even let me take a picture with a katana!!!
